Whether you celebrate Easter or not, it’s always nice to give or receive chocolate (or keep it all for yourself). We’re looking at the best vegan easter eggs and treats out there and counting down the days until we can eat them all! Whether you’re off to church, relaxing with friends and family or running around with the little ones hunting for treats, being vegan definitely doesn’t mean missing out on holiday festivities – just find those dairy-free alternatives and roll with it!

This strawberry white chocolate easter egg from Sainsbury’s screams summer and conjures up thoughts of sun, strawberries and (vegan) cream and tennis. Plus it looks so cute in pink!

I can’t wait to shove one of these bad boys into my face at Easter 😍 It’s clearly labelled as vegan and has wee chocolates with it too, so I’m looking forward to try it out. Excited by all the vegan Easter goodies I’ve been seeing on my Insta feed recently! 🐣 . . . #vegansofedinburgh #veganstudent #scottishvegan #vegansofscotland #simplevegan #veganuary2019 #eatplantsnotfriends #eatplantsnotanimals #veganuary #veganedinburgh #veganuary #scotlandvegan #veganinfluencer #ukvegan #edinburghvegan #veganrecipies #veganscotland #vegantesco #tescovegan #veganeasteregg #veganegg #veganeaster #veganchocolate #veganeastereggs #veganeastertreats #saltedcaramelegg #vegandarkchocolate

This salted caramel easter egg from Tesco is pretty special, not only do you get an egg but it also comes with 5 fondant filled truffles in two flavours – raspberry and caramel. It’s also palm oil free, so ticks even more ethical and sustainable boxes.

Okay, this is pure luxury – 100% cocoa. No sugar, just pure chocolate! It’s ideal for allergy suffers or if you can’t have sugar or sweeteners and it comes with chocolate buttons too! This is a total game changer.

The Divine pink himalayan salt dark chocolate easter egg is actually my pick of the bunch because of it’s creamy taste (even though it’s dark chocolate…mind blown!). It’s also Fair Trade and comes in plastic free packaging, woo hoo!

Six individually wrapped vegan milk chocolate eggs ideal for Easter egg hunts around the house. These have a hazelnut centre and are organic and gluten-free as well as palm-oil free. Total guilt-free pleasure!

For those who don’t fancy an easter egg, there’s the Bumble’s Round-up. Like an old school waggon wheel, but better!
